COME AND LEARN THE process of making pickled vegetables using different vinegars and spices.

Designed for beginners, AND SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE, this class covers ALL the basics. You’ll pick up tips and tricks for pickling all kinds of produce and head home with recipes and 4 DIFFERENT pickled goodies!

beer, wine AND COCKTAILS WILL BE MADE available for purchase.

All supply costs are included in the class fee.

TAMPA LOCATION WILL PROVIDE A charcuterie board.

MEET THE HEAD PICKLEOLOGIST

John Barbie, the founder, chef and head pickleologist of Tip Top Canning, will be leading your class. He has been making jams, fruit butters, mustards and pickling all kinds of vegetables and fruits for as long as he can remember!  All of his recipes are a beautiful balance of salty, sweet, sour, bitter and savory flavors. His products may pull inspiration from the pickling traditions of generations before, but he is not afraid to switch things up!

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TAMPA OR ST PETE LOCATION, SIGN UP FOR THE CLASS, SHOW UP ON TIME, AND LEARN SOMETHING NEW WHILE HAVING A BLAST.

cancellation policy

we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule. prep for the class is based on tickets

sold and is prepared 48 hours prior to the class. in order to accommodate all students and instructors, we have implemented a 48 hour cancellation policy.

1. cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will recieve a full refund or rescheduled in a future class.

2. cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3.if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class start time via phone or email.

4. refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

5. in the rare event that the class is canceled by us, you will recieve a full refund or the option to reschedule a future class.
